D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Associate Loan Processor . The right candidate will assist in the processing of mortgage loans by providing coverage to teammates who are out of the office and provide a high level of customer service to the company’s builders as well as our home buyers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for covering the pipeline of teammates who are out of the office due to approved vacation, leave of absence, sick leave, etc.
- Communicate with the Mortgage Loan Originator, borrower, etc. on any items needed for the loan
- Submit loan files and / or conditions to Underwriting
- Complete pre-draws for Closing
- Submit loan files to Closing after final approval
- Read updates and comply with all quality control policies
- Review Loan Processor reports / dashboards daily
- Maintain an accurate communication log
- Update comments and communication on all relevant reports
- Review all files for company required checklists
- Attend QC meetings as scheduled
- Attend weekly processor meetings as directed by the Branch Operations Manager
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Able to work overtime
- Able to travel overnight
