Consultant - US

In the role of Senior Azure Consultant , you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages.

You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations occasionally.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience in JAVA, J2EE Application Development with Working experience in Java Spring boot, Microservices, Messaging, RDBMS
• Experience in Azure Cloud & DevOps with Application Deployment on cloud, and on experience of Azure cloud services, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure app, Azure event Grid, ADF, Fluency with Azure Cosmos DB or any relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications :

• At least 4 years of experience in IaC (Infrastructure as Code) set up on cloud, Azure DevOps on Cloud, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Azure Kubernetes Services, Kubernetes Clustering, Azure Container Registry, Docker, Jenkins, Experience working with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, CI-CD Pipeline, Monitoring tools, SRE (Site-reliability Engineering),
• At least 4 years of experience in basic UNIX / AIX / Linux, Unix Shell scripting.
• At least 4 years of experience in Spring, GIT, JIRA / Confluence, CI Tools, API Gateways
• Good knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, Git, Nexus and their integration with Cloud platform
• Knowledge of Performance Engineering
• Good knowledge on Web Servers, Application Servers
• Knowledge of design principles
• Ability to manage technology and performance engineering
• Good analytical skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Familiarity with software development methodology such as Agile / Scrum
• Capable of analyzing Business requirements and building Functional requirements.
• Love to learn new technologies, keep abreast of the latest technologies within the cloud architecture, and drive your organization to adapt to emerging best practices

The job entails an extensive amount of travel.
