We are looking for LINE COOKS who know how to provide a Memorable Experience for our Guests. Can you :
- Present a warm, friendly and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude
- Complete all line set up work on a timely basis
- Maintain steam table items, refrigerated items and dry storage items
- Ensure that the kitchen is prepared to operate properly and efficiently during dinner shift
- Broil all items as ordered and handle refires and remakes quickly to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Direct backup personnel on timing of preparation for food items needed on the line
- Clean your own station and direct co-workers in their side work and assist if needed
- Perform any other duties as requested by Chef / Sous Chef / Manager
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude NO MATTER WHAT
- Collaborate with other servers and kitchen / bar staff in a friendly, professional manner
- Ensure a safe environment for Guests and Employees
- Perform these duties with a friendly, professional manner
- Provide state & locally required certifications
- Be passionate about working in a fast paced, team environment
- Be available on ALL Holidays
