We are seeking an Audit Senior Manager to join the Affordable Housing Audit practice, able to be based in a number of our offices.

What Work You Will be Responsible For :

Team leadership and development of team members

Develop client relationships to effectively manage engagements

Workpaper review and feedback

Resolve significant client issues

Prepare billing and monitor collections

Engagement management, communication, tracking, and oversight

Filling in engagement team gaps including performing complex audit areas

Participate in scheduling and management of resources

Actively involved in firm initiatives

Use or develop audit skills associated with the development life cycle of a LIHTC entity

May participate in recruiting activities such as attending job fairs or participating in interviews

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field

7+ years of progressive audit and / or assurance experience

Preferred / Desired Qualifications :

Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field

4+ year of supervisory experience
