As an HVAC Sales Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our service team, running maintenance and repair calls, and maintaining equipment.
You will also have the opportunity to engage with customers about upgrading their existing HVAC systems. This role is not just technical but also emphasizes sales, including IAQ products, memberships, repairs, duct cleanings, and other services.
Compensation :
Our current team members in sales are earning $150k to $200k annually. With a mix of Hourly and Commissions.
Requirements :
- Proven HVAC sales or service experience with recent annual sales of at least $1,000,000.
- Expertise in performing preventative maintenance procedures.
- Articulate communication skills, professional demeanor, and a clean appearance.
- Ability to effectively discuss, build value, and sell our products and services.
- A customer-centric selling style marked by honesty, kindness, and respect.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire for collective success.
- Mandatory EPA Section 608 Type II Certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Additional Requirements :
- A motor vehicle records check and a comprehensive background check will be conducted.
- Candidates with a DUI in the last 60 months or a felony record will not be considered.
