Position Overview
Key member of the Polo Women’s Concept Design team responsible for development and creative communication of seasonal concepts / directives to key internal partners in design, merchandising, digital, and stores.
Key lead between brand and brand image as it pertains specifically to styling to help translate the vision of Women’s Polo in stores (physical and digital) globally.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Concept Design
- Work with Senior Brand Creative Director & concept team on seasonal design concepts, including conducting research, gathering inspiration, proto research, and purchasing, print and color research.
- Partner with concept team on seasonal concept build outs and styling direction- in the creation of seasonal conceptual presentations.
- Provide best in class research through imagery, competitive shopping, vintage procurement for style and inspiration.
Global Styling
- Share brand concepts, directives, initiatives, and priorities with Brand Image team on a regular basis
- work with site team on styling and special projects.
- editorial styling for site content, come up with new content ideas and shoots.
- styling for seasonal shoots
- Responsible for styling guides for directive / store mannequins
- Participate in key store installations in key cities
Seasonal Showrooms
- Look Book Prep / Line Review prep and work
- Help style and shoot Look Book for markets
- Partner with creative team on showroom and press day set ups
- Partner with teams on key wholesale account set ups
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
