Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage a portfolio of customers through a pooled model, supporting key journey milestones
Leverage predictive signals to guide customer journeys and facilitate product adoption
Deliver value through 1 : many engagements including webinars and curated outreach
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS roles
Experience managing large customer portfolios in a pooled or scaled model
Understanding of common Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
Experience with Gainsight (or similar CRM tool) and Salesforce
Strong organizational and time management skills
