Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle software development for new and existing applications
- Ensure the creation of well-designed, testable, and efficient code in various languages, such as Java
- Supervise the gathering of user requirements, defining system functionality, and producing specifications to determine operational feasibility
Qualifications
- Proven experience in back-end development with Java, including a strong understanding of concurrency and concurrency patterns
- Extensive experience with TDD, code testability standards, JUnit / Mockito, and SQL Databases.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant managerial experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
