Key Responsibilities :

• Machine Operation : Operate machinery under close supervision.
• Equipment Setup : Perform basic setup, calibration, and maintenance.
• Finishing Operations : Handle tasks like trimming, gluing, and machine operation.
• Inspection : Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality.
• Documentation : Follow operating manuals, instructions, and procedures.
• Maintenance : Clean and maintain machinery as needed.

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Excellent hand dexterity.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Shifts Available :

• 1st Shift : 7 AM - 3 PM
• 2nd Shift : 3 PM - 11 PM (+$1.50 / hr)
• 3rd Shift : 11 PM - 7 AM (+$2.00 / hr)

Competitive Pay Rates :

• MTM : $17 / hr
• Associate Machine Operator : $18 / hr
• Associate Machinist : $22 / hr

Qualifications :

GED or High School Diploma required.

Work Environment :

• Indoor, climate-controlled facility.
• Clean room conditions with specific attire and hygiene standards (., no make-up, no nail polish, no perfume, must wear hair bonnet, lab coat, gloves, and shoe covers).

Dress Code :

• Long pants, closed non-steel toe shoes, sleeved shirt (no tank tops), business casual attire.
• No metal or jewelry.
