Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate that leaves the kitchen.
You will collaborate closely with the culinary team to execute our menu flawlessly, while also demonstrating creativity and attention to detail in your culinary creations.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Contribute to menu development and recipe refinement.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
