Job Description
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Administrator for a new opening with our client, an established property management firm located in the heart of the Tria.
The Commercial Property Administrator will handle a range of property management and general administrative responsibilities within a close-knit office environment.
The starting salary is negotiable based on experience.
Temp to Hire OR possible Direct Hire
Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with current and prospective commercial clientele
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting
- Process contracts and leasing agreements
- Review incoming payments and apply to appropriate accounts
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to solve structural needs
- Oversee security and sanitation vendor activities
- Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3 - 5 years of property management experience (preferably in a commercial property environment)
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel experience
