- Hands on Preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment
- Experience with both electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance
- Provide maintenance support to production and other departments as needed
- Maintain tooling and equipment and track inventory and repair needs
- Participate in new equipment installations or special projects as needed
- Opening and closing duties for machinery and office as needed
- Servicing, repairing, calibration or testing of machines that operate on electrical principles
QUALIFICATIONS :
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Strong Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills
Fabrication and machine shop proficiency
Welding experience Mig / Tig / Arc
PLC Basic troubleshooting
Electrical controls Intermediate / Expert
Problem-solving, prioritization and multi-tasking skills are required
Excellent attention to detail / accuracy and organizational skills
Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of
assembly.
Review technical documents to plan work.
Education / Experience :
Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Shift :
1st Shift : Monday through Friday 5am-3pm (Ten hour days, Friday is guaranteed overtime)
2nd Shift : Monday through Friday 3pm-1am (Ten hour days, Friday is guaranteed overtime)
