Position Highlights :

• Role : Clinic-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Pay : $25-$29 per hour
• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm

About The Treetop Therapy : We provide top-tier ABA therapy services to children aged 2-18, offering in-home, clinic-based, and community-centered programs in several states, including Georgia.

Our goal is to deliver evidence-based ABA interventions that address the unique needs of children with autism spectrum disorder by enhancing their social and learning environments.

Job Overview : As an RBT in our clinic, you will be at the forefront of delivering personalized, 1 : 1 therapy. You'll receive exceptional training and support from our skilled supervising clinicians and leadership team.

Your role will involve implementing treatment plans, assisting with skill development, and using a variety of therapeutic tools to support each child's growth under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What We Need From You :

• Required : RBT Certification, High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current insurance
• Skills : Experience working with diverse client age ranges and skill levels, familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst)

Preferred Qualifications :

• CPR / BLS certification (if applicable)
• TRICARE Certification
• Enthusiasm for supporting client growth and driving positive change
• A commitment to being a positive influence in the community and with our clients
