Position Details :
- Role : In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Pay : $25-$29 per hour
- Schedule : Must be available Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm
About Us : The Treetop ABA Therapy provides in-home, clinic-based, and community-based ABA programs for children aged 2-18 across several states, including Georgia.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to support children with autism spectrum disorder. We emphasize creating positive changes in social and learning environments to help children thrive both at home and in their communities.
Job Description : As an RBT, you'll be a vital part of our team, delivering 1 : 1 therapy in the child's home setting. You'll receive top-notch training and support from our supervising clinicians and leadership team.
Your role includes assisting with treatment plans, fostering skill development, and working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
We equip our RBTs with the resources needed for success, including a variety of materials to support learning and behavior modification.

Requirements :
- RBT Certification (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance
- Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst)
Preferred Qualifications :
- CPR / BLS certification (if applicable)
- TRICARE Certification
- Passion for driving change and supporting client growth
- Desire to positively impact the community
