Overview

The Spa Manager assists the Director responsible for the overall daily operational function and management of the Spa. These responsibilities include but are not limited to direct personnel management, departmental budget / forecasting, property / asset management and ensures compliance of regulatory matters specific to the Spa.

The Spa Manager demonstrates motivational leadership throughout the Spa and Hotel to maximize guest and team satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the spa or a related industry sector such as hospitality or wellness.
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
  • Time management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven capability to autonomously manage and lead various departments effectively.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with the public and internal team members.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Computer experience required.
  • No employee will pose a direct threat to the health / safety of self or others
