Remote Customer Care Representative - Competitive pay starting at $16.50 / hr. for evening shift plus monthly incentives (Bilingual skills additional 15%)!

After completing a 4-week onsite training in our Sioux Falls office, YOU CHOOSE if you want to work from home or continue working onsite in our fun and energetic call center! Our self-paced style of training includes on the job training and getting to practice with mentors to ensure you’re provided with the tools and resources necessary to thrive in your career.

What do you need to work from home?

• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of the location applying to.
• A high-speed internet connection. High-speed internet connections must be hard-wired with a minimum speed of 60mbps download and 10mbps upload.

Differential Pay for ALL shift hours :

• Evening Shift 10% (included in starting wage of $16.50 / hr. for night shift)
• Split Shift 15%
• Bilingual Skills additional 15%

Schedule Options :

• Full time shifts between the hours of 12 : 30pm to 9 : 00pm, Mon Fri
• Part time shifts between the hours of 5 : 00pm to 9 : 00pm, Mon Fri
• Rotate working every third weekend
• Saturday hours between 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
• Sunday hours between 9 : 30am to 6 : 00pm
