- Shift Start Times : 0700-1630, 0700-1730, 0700-1930, 0730-1700, 0730-2200, 0930-2300

- Floating Req to Sister Facilities : Yes - Saint Cloud Hospital and Plaza
- Locals accepted : NO candidate cannot live within 50 miles of either facility
- RTO Restrictions : Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO within first week of start date. No more than 10 days of RTO per assignment.
