This entry level position requires working with an experienced Pool Technician as part of a service crew team providing a wide range of services to residential pool owners.
Services include pool openings, winterizations, maintenance and cleaning, and pool repairs. This person will perform the duties of a technician's helper while participating in both classroom and in-field on-the-job training.
This position is the first step towards becoming a pool cleaner and potentially a certified pool service technician.
Depending on performance and staffing levels, this may be either a seasonal position (ending around Thanksgiving) or a year-round position.
This person has a good driving record, is well organized and has solid customer service and mechanical skills. S / he also has the desire and initiative to learn new skills.
Most importantly, this person is extremely reliable and will be able to work at a fast pace while anticipating the needs of his / her team members.
