Universal Banker
The responsibilities of this position include but not limited to opening accounts and performing teller transactions in a cash intensive environment.
Responsibilities :
- Open new accounts; personal, business, and certificate of deposits.
- Assist customers in account maintenance such as address changes, stop payments, etc.
- Document and scan account information into the banking systems.
- Performing as a paying and receiving teller.
- Answer phones.
- Maintain cash in accordance with policy.
- Balancing teller drawer daily.
- Adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Maintaining excellent customer service, greeting customers and facilitating a welcome and warm environment.
- Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- 3 or more years of teller experience required; cash handling required.
- 3 or more years of banking experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
