JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Deliver ad campaigns across mobile, social, and desktop channels.
- Combine original design work with existing components from the design system and content management system.
- Identify when to use pre-existing components and when to create custom designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to sell ideas and drive projects forward.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful delivery and execution.
- Foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the team, promoting innovation and initiative.
Requirements :
- 4+ years experience as a digital designer
- Proficiency in designing for mobile, social, and desktop channels.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry, preferably financial services.
- Ability to guide user behavior through strategic content placement.
- Familiarity with design systems and content management systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to take initiative, drive projects, and lead by example.
- Willingness to teach and share knowledge, as well as learn from others.
