Senior Analyst, Business Development and Incubation
This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and / or necessary.

The Senior Analyst, Business Development will play a key role in the process of onboarding Solution Providers. In this role you will own the Incubation Program, supporting our newly launched third-party Solution Providers in a one-on-one capacity.
These Solution Providers play an integral part of seller success and growth, making the Channel Partnerships team a significant part of the Marketplace ecosystem.
IYou will be responsible for concurrently leading multiple Solution Provider accounts through the onboarding journey : activation, goal setting, performance analysis, collaboration with marketing on go to market support and working to influence the adoption of optimal behaviors and best practices designed to promote accelerated growth and success.

- Building Strategic Relationships - Collaborating across cross-functional teams as we develop our strategy for onboarding large business for the Marketplace segment.
- Being a trusted advisor Develop strong and trusting relationships with partners. Serve as the account quarterback working across the organization to address pain points, solve issues and implement growth initiatives.
Employ a one team approach to accomplish the goals of the business and drive negotiations from a win-win perspective that establishes credibility and trust with our partners and delivers consistently improved performance.
- Delivering against Incubation KPI’s Influencing adoption of Marketplace best practices, launching accounts in high volume and on time, and positioning seller success for optimal GMV attribution.
- Autonomous Work : Take ownership and be responsible for management of the above and action with limited manager oversight.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in business development, business management, channel merchandising, sales or related area.
- E-Commerce experience required.
- Exceptional organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.
- Experience in or knowledge of APIs.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649 : The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401 : The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
