Requirements :
- CNA License or CHHA License
- Current Physical (performed within the last 2 years)
- TB skin test (performed within the last 1 year) or chest x-ray
- Dependable transportation
Additional Info :
- Phone must be kept on and fully charged with a voicemail box set up.
- Must plan accordingly to be prepared to fill a shift-i.e. personal schedule, daycare, school, and work schedules.
- Some clients have animals and / or smoke, must be okay with being in the presence of these if needed
