Sr. Financial Data Analyst - Residual Processing

What does a successful Sr Financial Data Analyst - ISOs / Agents Residual Processing at Fiserv do?

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing financial data related to Independent Sales Organization’s (ISO) / Agents’ residual payments.

You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of ISOs residuals, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

What you will do :

Conduct in-depth analysis of ISOs / Agents’ residuals data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.

Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to track and monitor ISOs / Agents’ residuals payments and performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline ISOs / Agents’ residuals processes and drive improvements in efficiency.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation.

Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques and statistical tools to analyze ISOs / Agents’ residuals payments and trends.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of residuals systems.

What you will need to have :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Business Analytics or related field

3+ years experience in financial data analysis

What would be great to have :

Proficiency in Oracle SQL

Credit Card Industry experience
