One of our clients in Manhattan, NY is looking for a Help Desk Support Technician.

Hourly : $25 - $30 per hour (W2)
Scope :
Looking for Level 1 / 2 Engineer with Ticketing experience
The FE will complete the following work onsite :
- Provide support L1 / L2 and basic troubleshooting
- Work will be an onsite work
Required Skills :
- At least 4-5 years of Level 1 / 2 Support experience with Windows Operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Ticket experience
- Experience with Imaging, SCCM, Active Directory and 365 suites would be a huge plus
- Experience in providing support to Desktop, Laptop, Hardware and Software
