Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to come up with super personalized treatment plans for our totally awesome residents.
- Help our residents rock out therapeutic exercises and activities that improve mobility, functional abilities, and strength.
- Keep track of our residents' progress and make necessary tweaks to treatment plans so they can keep crushing it.
- Give our residents and their families the 411 on the best adaptive equipment and techniques that make living life even more awesome.
- Work closely with our team of rad individuals to make sure our residents receive comprehensive and synchronized residential care.
- Be a stand-up individual who knows how to respect our residents' rights and dignity.
Qualifications :
- You graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Must-have : You're licensed or certified to practice in our state as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- You're all about being compassionate and patient-focused
- You're a great communicator who loves to build a cool team environment
