A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Chicago, IL, United States.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices in collaboration with business leadersProvide strategic HR expertise in areas such as compensation, performance management, and organizational developmentLead core HR processes including performance calibrations and compensation cyclesRequired Qualifications : Minimum of 6+ years experience in an HR Business Partner role and 8+ years of relevant experienceExperience supporting business leaders on multi-year company or org-wide people initiativesKnowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment lawsDemonstrated coaching and facilitation expertise with the ability to influence colleagues at all levelsHistory of strong partner alignment to build and improve company culture and increase employee engagement
