WORKDAY INTEGRATIONS ARCHITECT, FINANCIAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS
ROLE OVERVIEW
This position is a technical role within the Financial Information Systems group as part of Accounting Finance team.
In the role of Workday Integrations Architect, the employee will be responsible for the following :
- Design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday integrations with 3rd party vendors and client's internal systems, using various Workday integration tools : Workday Web Services API, Connectors, Studio, Orchestration, etc.
- Design and maintenance of Workday reports, PRISM solutions and Extend applications for accounting and finance organization.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, stay up-to-date with the latest enhancements and Workday releases, advise on the most optimal and scalable solutions, ensuring security framework and data integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience of Workday reporting, PRISM analytics, Workday Web Services, Connectors; Studio and Orchestration (preferred), SQL.
- Solid understanding of Workday security framework : ability to configure and maintain ISU users, segmented security; ability to identify and mitigate the risk of various integration solutions
- Solid understanding of Workday Financials : core financials, banking and settlement, supplier accounts, expenses.
- Knowledge and experience with Adaptive Planning is a plus.
- Workday-Pro certification in Integrations is a must; Workday-pro in reporting, security, PRISM analytics are very welcomed too.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills; attention to details; process improvement oriented.
