• Fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand and exceed their expectations.- Continuously improving our processes and capabilities to adapt to evolving needs and technologies In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager / department.

We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities- Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition, and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.

• Lead efforts to evaluate and redesign processes to align with the company’s rapid growth and commitment to quality.- Drive requirement gathering and input from designated stakeholders across engineering, LPO specialists, and legal teams.
• Maintain essential documentation related to assigned projects for multiple stakeholders.- Exercise strategic thinking in prioritizing workload, as well as proper escalation to leadership.
• Drive consistency and capability to support the growth of the team and the company, during continued scalability, and identify opportunities for more streamlined work.
• Utilize time management and organizational skills to juggle responsibilities and strategize efficiency and priority- Build a strong team by cultivating cross functional relationships between each vertical and the XFN partners within the company- Collaborate with other project managers across the organization to ensure we maintain cohesiveness.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree- 3+ years of experience in fast paced and dynamic global legal compliance organization.

• 5 years of project management or related work experience- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, identify trade-offs, and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Strong ability to foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global teams in different time-zones.

Preferred Qualifications- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the form of project management documentation, requirements gathering documentation, and PRDs.
