A Brief OverviewConducts loading of merchandise onto trucks for store delivery. Carries out safe work practices and maintains performance expectations for accuracy.

Contributes to warehouse support functions.What you will doConducts routine technical support tasks for the Distribution Loading area under general supervision and communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal team.

Gathers feedback from employees across the company to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs.

Arranges load requirements to maximize trailer use and minimize imbalance, unnecessary movement, and damage.Conducts preliminary safety checks of equipment, checks orders, and verifies trailer size and number.

Assists in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

For this role you will need Minimum RequirementsLess than 1 year work experienceBasic awareness of problem solving and decision making skillsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is : $17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
