We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team.
Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant evidence to support cases.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel to coordinate case activities.
- Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
- Maintain and update case management software with accurate information and deadlines.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of settlement proposals and negotiation strategies.
Qualifications :
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury litigation.
- Proficient in legal research and writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury laws and litigation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Paralegal certification (e.g., from NALA or NFPA) is a plus.
