Bilingual Call Center Specialist Details
- Pay : $17.50 - $19 / hour
- Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM or 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Training Schedule for the first 3 days will be from 9 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM before transitioning to your regular shift.)
As a Bilingual Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls related to class action lawsuits, following a provided script to maintain clear and professional communication.
You'll document calls in both Spanish and English, send and respond to emails as needed, and adapt to handling multiple projects and tasks.
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
