CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SCHEDULER

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier contractors and industry professionals.

Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Construction Project Scheduler in Liberty, NC.

Construction Project Scheduler Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Senior Estimator is $90,000 - $120,000.

Construction Project Scheduler Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Manage / direct the project schedule providing tools and guidance.
  • Bid / proposal schedules, baseline schedules, schedule updates and time impact analysis.
  • Ability to understand complex schedule issues and coordinate with the appropriate personnel to obtain and validate schedule information.
  • Maintain master schedules updating, revising, coordinating, and communicating schedule to team members, management, and client.
  • Client interface : attend meetings, reports, etc.
  • Historical data collection and analysis for future planning.
  • Analyze, forecast, and report schedule status against an established baseline.
  • Collects and reports progress, evaluates schedule variances, develops work-arounds plans, and coordinates resolution of variances.
  • Develops and maintains and established system to show the hierarchy of schedules; keeps project and company management fully informed.

Construction Project Scheduler Qualifications :

  • Industry-related college degree is preferred, equivalent combination of experience will be considered.
  • 10 years minimum in scheduling or project management with scheduling responsibilities.
  • MS Office, Asta, P6 and Outlook.
  • This is a traveling role. Must be open to be onsite and return home 1-2 times a month.
  • Must be willing to work Monday Saturday as required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • College Degree Preferred, not mandatory.
