Job Title : HVAC Installer

Overview :
We are on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Installer to become a key member of our team in Mount Pleasant, TX. This crucial role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial HVAC systems.
Ideal candidates will bring a wealth of experience in working with large HVAC systems such as rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on a wide array of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all specifications.
- Engage in the handling of sophisticated HVAC units, including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems, using industry best practices and maintaining strict safety standards.
- Perform thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to accurately identify and solve system issues.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities, and effectively manage the inventory of necessary parts and supplies.
- Provide superior customer service, establishing clear and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction with every project.
Requirements :
- Must be local to Mount Pleasant, TX, or willing to relocate.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with complex HVAC systems, including an understanding of HVAC principles, refrigerant handling, and the electrical / mechanical components of these systems.
- Ability to read and interpret system blueprints, schematics, and detailed repair manuals.
- A proven, stable work history in the commercial HVAC industry, reflecting a dedication to quality and reliability.
- A strong commitment to following all health and safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
