CONSTRUCTION / AG EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER - COMPENSATION ANALYST - CONTRACT-TO-HIRE!
Do you have 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis? Are you skilled in providing analytical and administrative support for strategic compensation processes, including external benchmarking and internal analysis, reporting and monthly processing?
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a national equipment distributor and supplier in their search for a contract-to-hire Compensation Analyst to join their growing HR & Finance departments.
The Compensation Analyst will evaluate compensation structures by researching job requirements and market trends, conducting in-depth job analysis, and estimating business needs to ensure the company is competitive with market rates and salaries.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in a Compensation Analyst role with a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Essential Job Duties :
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert in providing solutions related to compensation matters.
- Conduct analysis and model business-specific compensation designs or data.
- Supports incentive compensation plan development / design.
- Manage all data analysis & reporting related to compensation.
- Manage compensation evaluation & analysis (i.E., perform job analysis, evaluation, classification, and benchmark job review using market pricing tools).
- Conduct salary surveys & support market pricing tool maintenance.
- Act as Workday HRIS Subject Matter Expert.
- Assist with the standardization and documentation of compensation processes.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field preferred.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma and equivalent work experience in human resources or a related field are required.
- 2+ years of compensation experience required.
- Union compensation experience preferred.
- Workday experience preferred.
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits :
- Office located in Bloomington, MN
- Hybrid work model; 2-days remote and 3-days onsite for MN residents only
- Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm
- Pay starts at $31 / hr. And depends on experience level.
