A well-known non-profit organization in Bay Ho, San Diego, is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Executive Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating effective communication across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Welcome visitors, screen telephone calls, take messages and respond to emails.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Handle clerical duties, maintain office supplies and set up onsite events.
Qualifications :
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours :
- 40 hours per week.
- Full-time.
- Monday- Friday.
- 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm PST, occasional overtime. Details :
