Full-Time Customer Service Call Center Professional
Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. (Additional shifts with evening hours available) Fully on-site. $19.00 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding customer service support to our clients' customers.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, assisting callers with their inquiries and needs.
- Assist customers with orders, shipping inquiries, taxes, and placing or completing orders.
- Support membership-related inquiries by updating membership information, explaining benefits, and processing cancellations as requested.
- Address general customer questions and conduct necessary research to resolve issues.
Requirements :
- Previous call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong grammar and spelling skills are required.
- Dependability, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset are crucial.
- Attention to detail and the ability to take accurate notes are necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
