Ultimate Staffing is parenting with a well-established organization in Laurel, MD who is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Representative.
This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse client base by handling inquiries and resolving issues in both English and Spanish.

Pay : $19-$21 / hourly
Schedule : Monday-Friday
Responsibilities :
- Address and resolve inquiries about accounts and services, handle billing issues, and process payments, refunds, and adjustments.
- Schedule meter readings, manage account modifications, and process name / address changes and final bills.
- Maintain effective contact and follow-up with customers through various channels and provide information on programs and services.
- Grant bill extensions, assist with collections, and handle account turn-offs for nonpayment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, stay informed about operational updates, and educate customers on water and sewer maintenance.
Qualifications :
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and understand both languages.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred; experience in handling billing and account management is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable with using call center software and handling basic technical troubleshooting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service or a related field is a plus.
