Responsible for assisting production needs, while also performing technical tests and experiments in manufacturing.
Job Location :
Located in Duluth, MN near airport road and a short commute to Superior.
What you will be doing :
- Performs set-up of equipment
- Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators
- Processes test runs and prepares records, charts and graphs of results to identify yield problems or test new products
- Provides technical assistance manufacturing
- Provides technical assistance regarding quality issues
- Skill trained / experience in winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing, and assembly
- Participates in lean improvements and initiatives on production lines
- Operates special equipment and facility systems (i.e., MES, Vantage, IHLP, etc.)
