Job Description : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the stocking and retocking of all food and beversge items, as needed
- Assist with lunch distribution by Forkable (lunch vendor)
- Assist in supervising building personnel on the facility maintenance, housekeeping, sanitation and distribution
- Assists in the relocation of employees to new offices and the movement of desks, computers within the office
- Responsible for day-to-day facility maintenance, housekeeping, sanitation and distribution
- Evaluate and inspect purchases
- Prepare manuals, administrative guides and staff communications to assure safe and efficient institutional management services
- Assist in fire and safety program coordination
- Arrange for In-house events setup and set-down (i.e.Town Hall, Team off-sites) and refreshments
- Perform other duties as assigned; working closely with the Workplace Experience coordinator
