Summary : Seeking a Business Process Consultant to develop, maintain, and improve IT processes for project management operations.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

5-7 years of experience in large PMO setup and Project Management methodologies (PMLC)

Background in data validation and analysis

Expertise in Excel; basic knowledge of PPM tools

Basic SQL knowledge and tool configuration skills

Previous Project Management Office experience

Relevant training / certifications

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Smartsheet

Responsibilities :

Develop, maintain, and improve IT processes

Gather data outputs from projects to produce reports and forecasts

Manage data and provide insights for PMO Operations Manager

Prepare data and reports for various stakeholders

Review and monitor IT project performance; perform regular process compliance checks

Recommend improvements to project methodologies

Draft new policies and improve existing PMO processes

Develop MS Office materials supporting PMO Operations and IT Process Transformation work

Pay Details : $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
