Today, we are recruiting for the position of Sales Engineer for our client, an french startup specialized in space surveillance solutions , to be located in Washington D.C., USA or Austin or Denver.

Key challenges and responsibilities of the role :
- Identify and negotiate sales opportunities in North America (USA and Canada) in coordination with the sales and marketing team.
- Translate complex technical information into clear and compelling presentations and demos for clients.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the company's solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals and technical documentation in collaboration with the Bid Manager.
- Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs and regulatory standards of each sector.
- Contribute to the North American commercial development strategy in coordination with the French VP Sales & Marketing.
- Represent the company at space events across North America and engage with key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing regular updates to the executive team.

Your future team :
You will work closely with a sales already based in Austin along with the technical, administrative, and finance teams for legal and accounting matters.
You will report directly to the VP Sales & Marketing and regularly interact with the executive committee for strategic matters.
About you :
- At least 3 years of experience in the aerospace, defense, or related industries.
- Independent and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the space environment and experience in selling to complex organizations.
- Experience with sensitive international transactions involving confidential data and products.
- Proven expertise in the space industry, with a deep understanding of space technologies, satellite systems, and the regulatory environment governing space operations.
- Native English speaker.
- The right to word in United states
- Interest in geopolitical matters .
- Proficient in Office Suite .
- Enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and building networks for business success.
Contract and compensation :
- Permanent contract based in Washington D.C. or Austin or Denver with a competitive salary about 100k to 130k + 70k commissions
- Full remote or Coworking included
