Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experience Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is crucial for overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s cash flow, ensuring efficient and accurate cash operations, and supporting financial planning and analysis.
- Duties :
- Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments or negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain records of contacts and payments.
- Resolve billing issues and submit reports on unpaid accounts.
- Qualifications :
- Experience with automated telephone dialing systems and collections databases.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with debt collection laws and procedures.
- High school diploma; additional education is a plus.
Salary Range :
Up to $25 / hour
Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
