Job Summary
Ensures quality programming is provided to Girl Scout members and volunteers throughout our council footprint. Provides leadership and management oversight to the Program team as they work to reach, serve, and support all members within the council.
Provides leadership in the development of innovative strategies and effective service in the implementation of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
Supports organizational mission, goals, and strategic priorities.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 5 years of directly related experience, including some experience in a leadership / supervisory role.
- Has facilitated department operational plans to align with organizational strategic goals and has experience in program development, event coordination, volunteer management, and customer service.
- Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment.
