Responsibilities :
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
- Develop effective negotiation strategies to close contracts with Buyers' Agents
- Present selling points and suggested asking prices to sellers in a concise and clear manner
- Generate new leads and business opportunities
- Reach out to clients and provide routine reports on the status of their listing to promote customer satisfaction and referrals
Qualifications :
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
- Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
- Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Live in Maryland or Pennsylvania
