Tax Accounting Analyst will be responsiblefor tax accounting functions including the preparation of taxprovision calculations interpreting tax and accounting regulationsas well as the development of disclosures for financialreporting.
Responsibilities :
- Preparesthe processes involved in the preparation of the taxation reportingpackages for the NAFTA groupcompanies.
- Prepares income taxrelated journalentries and footnote disclosures by collecting and analyzingrelevant financial information.
- Ensures ICFRcompliance to support Managements assessment on the effectivenessof internal controls related to tax accountingprocesses.
- Prepares projected tax calculationsfor planning purposes as well as effective tax ratereconciliations
- Performs research support anddocumentation needed for quarterly and yearly auditingactivities.
The desiredcandidate must possess the following skills andexperience :
At least 2 years ofaccounting and / or income tax experience; exposure to IFRS12 orASC740 preferred
