Position Overview
CRH Group Services is currently recruiting for the position of Executive Assistant reporting to the Head of Investor Relations.
This role is based in the Group’s New York Office. The successful candidate will be a core part of these functions and will require a strong understanding of our global business and all relevant stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Diary management, travel scheduling (including flights, accommodation, car hire, etc.) and executive support for the Global Head of Communications and the Head of Investor Relations.
- Managing and coordinating the set-up of on-site or off-site meetings and events such as investor roadshows, site visits, earnings calls, presentations, investor days etc.
This includes responsibility for logistics such as venue / room hire, accommodation, meals, transportation etc.
- Maintaining records of Investor Interactions in the team's CRM system.
- Oversight on costs areas such as travel and communications, identification and implementation of cost savings initiatives, and ensuring expense receipts are up to date and recorded in line with accounting procedures.
- Working with the accounts payable team to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with all other Executive Assistants globally.
- Support for C Suite as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to deal well with people at all levels within the organization.
- Self-motivated, possess outstanding organizational and time management skills, and be able to work on own initiative and work remotely.
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task within tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality on all aspects of the role at all times.
- Initiative and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude.
Experience / Education
- A Minimum of 5 Years experience in an executive assistant role
- Previous experience within a large complex organization working for senior leadership.
- Global travel arrangements experience.
- Third-level degree or secretarial / ECDL equivalent course qualification an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an aptitude to learn new software.
Salary
Salary is ranging from $90,000-$100,000
