MISSION
Lead both a multi-national expansion project as well as day-to-day administration of the Workday environment. The team currently consists of three individual contributors who each have their specialties in HCM, Finance, and Integrations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Workday workstream of our multi-national expansion project as we configure our Workday environment to support the addition of our India office, coordinating with internal teams as well as our 3rd party implementation partners.
Lead the Workday team responsible for configuration and maintenance of the Alegeus Workday tenant including business processes, security groups, integrations, reports, FDM, HCM Core, Adaptive Platform, and Peakon platforms.
Manage the work of the members of the Workday team, balancing workload level with quality and timeliness of delivery.
Coach, mentor, and train members of the Workday team.
Be the primary point of contact for all Workday matters, working closely with our partners in the Talent and Finance organizations.
Coordinate work with external vendors in support of our Workday tenant, ensuring that quality service is provided.
Maintain detailed governance documentation for the Alegeus Workday tenant that outlines roles and responsibilities, data and security policies, and support procedures.
Deploy new modules or features, making configuration changes, or create reports as needed by the Talent and Finance organizations.
Lead your team to perform day-to-day administration tasks such as :
Make configuration changes to existing modules or features
Create, update, and decommission user accounts
Maintain permissions, roles, and profiles
Create new reports
Update existing, and develop new, business processes to support Talent, Finance, or other departments.
Lead the semi-annual process to review and prepare for new Workday releases.
Support our Talent and Finance departments in their annual processes such as Open Enrollment and end of year reporting.
Manage sandbox and IMPL tenants, overseeing the deployment process from these environments to production.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience managing a Workday tenant.
Experience managing the work and needs of direct reports.
Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM and / or Workday Finance operations is key to support the departments and ensure Workday is configured to best support their processes.
