Normal Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm; some nights and weekends.
Job Summary : The Greek House Director manages day-to-day operations and staff for a Greek residential facility.
Additional Department Summary : The Greek House Director is a twelve-month position with set working hours for the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity.
Serves external constituents such as House Board members, alumni, volunteers, parents, and vendors. Must be available 24 / 7 (on-call).
Follows established emergency procedures, notifies local authorities and University officials, and guides staff while maintaining the proper resident focus.
Responsible for completing required training and promoting a safe, hospitable, and respectful workplace.
Required Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or GED.
Skills and Knowledge : Good judgment skills. Familiarity with University and community resources. Knowledge of computers and software (Microsoft Excel and Word, e-mail, etc.
Demonstrated commitment to expanding multicultural knowledge, awareness, and skills.
