Growth Account Manager Motors Parts & Accessories
Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Coach, service, and grow high volume accounts
- Establish and maintain a growth focused relationship with their assigned accounts
- Work via phone, video meetings and correspondence by email in addition to occasionally travel to meet with sellers directly
- Act as the primary point or contact for all seller activity on the eBay Motors Platform
- Monitor account business activity to ensure retention and increase revenue and gross monthly volume
- Efficiently utilization of CRM and account performance tracking tools
- Effectively and consistently demonstrate the benefit and value of the eBay platform
- Possess a strong understanding of the eBay Motors Marketplace business model and community
- Become the eBay Motors marketplace expert who are aware of major trends and initiatives in the automotive industry
Job Requirements :
- Experience in business to business relationship management
- Strong analytical skills needed
- Literate in Microsoft and CRM tools
- Ability and willingness to travel to meet in person with accounts (up to 25% of month)
- Strong communication (verbal / phone and written) : customer facing and internal executive level
- Detail oriented, self-driven and prone to follow through
- Flexible, results-oriented team player
- Enthusiastic and energetic, proactive
- Must have professional judgment sufficient to operate independently when required
- Work history must demonstrate high levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent working knowledge of the eBay site and marketplace dynamics - experience buying or selling on eBay highly desirable
- Working knowledge of eBay's administrative tools a plus
- Experience in entrepreneurial activities
- 3 years Account Management experience or Sales experience required
- Automobile industry experience is highly desirable
