JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
- Resolve all employee payroll-related issues.
- Uploading hours to the payroll system
- Weekly payroll
- Must know how to calculate wages and taxes, verify timesheet info.
- Export timesheets
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Run weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Notify the supervisor of Employee Work Anniversaries, Birthdays, and PTO.
- Maintain and upkeep personnel files.
Qualifications :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in compliance knowledge
- 1-3 years experience preferred
- Degree in Human Resources
- Must be a team player
- Experience with payroll software systems
